COVID-19: How We’re Responding to Keep Things Running Safely and Smoothly for Our Customers and Employees

With the continuing spread of COVID-19 and its effects on all businesses, Danlaw is devoting all necessary resources to ensure the safety and security of our employees, while maintaining all of the services you count on. We wanted to take a moment to assure our business partners of our dedicated support and share some of the strategies we’ve deployed to minimize any disruptions to our day-to-day operations.

Family First.

First and foremost, the health and welfare of our employees, their families, and our community is our highest priority. As you are aware, the current situation is very fluid and as we adjust to each update, the health and safety of our Danlaw family continues to drive our decision-making.

Given the continued spread of coronavirus, we have been able to transition 95% of our personnel to work remotely, without sacrificing productivity. For our essential on-site operations, we’ve taken extra precautions such as mandating the use of personal protection equipment, enacting social distancing measures and increasing our office sanitation procedures in order to protect our employees from exposure.

Slowing the Spread.

In order to limit the potential exposure of our employees and customers, we have effectively halted all non-essential business travel and canceled our upcoming industry events. We’ll continue to keep you updated as this situation progresses, and as new information becomes available. Even though we’re doing our part to slow the spread we’re continuing to work hard in support of our employee’s and customer’s needs.

Doing Our Part.

With the continuing critical need for PPE in Southeast Michigan, Danlaw has donated PPE supplies in support of our health professionals on the front line. So far, we’ve contributed to the University of Michigan Health Systems, Ascension Providence Novi, Endodontic Associates, and the Oakland County Drive for Local Hospitals.
