Danlaw is committed to protecting your privacy. Registration and profile information:
When you create an account, we may collect your registration and profile information such as your username, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and the organization you represent.

Data collected using this Service:

Driving Data: We collect sensory and motion data from our device and your smartphone or mobile device, including information from the accelerometer, gyroscope, compass and Bluetooth in order to calculate and detect driving events such as acceleration, braking and other events. We maintain this data to provide our Service.

Geolocation: We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, Wi-Fi or Wireless triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service.

Information we collect automatically through the use of technology: When you use our Service, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification number associated with your mobile device or our mobile application, mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system version, phone number and depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (latitude and/or longitude) of your mobile device. We use this information to provide our Service, monitor the effectiveness of our Service, diagnose or fix technology problems and provide updates to our mobile app on your mobile device using our Service.

Sharing your information
We will not share your personal information with third parties outside Danlaw and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates.
We may anonymize and aggregate data of all personally identifiable data and may share this data with third parties for research and development purposes.

We may at any time buy or sell/divest the company, or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Personal information such as customer names and email addresses, and other user information related to the Service will likely be one of the terms transferred in these types of transcations.

You may, of course decline to provide your information by declining the use of our Service, in which case Danlaw may not be able to provide its Services to you.

Your obligation as a user
As a user of our Service, you will respect all intellectual property rights of Danlaw and any third parties relating to Services provided through any of our products. You are solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Service, the secrecy of your personal information, including any credentials. At no time will we require you to transmit your credentials to us via email or phone.
